The minimum hire period for our PIA campers is 3 days.

Depending on the season and weather conditions, our campers are of course equipped with the optimum tyres.
Our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
Please note that smoking is therefore prohibited in all our campers.
Yes, some vehicles have a trailer towbar. These are clearly indicated in the equipment list of the PIA Campers.
We will be happy to provide you with the licence plate number in advance. Please send an e-mail to info(xmsAt)piacamper(xmsDot)at .
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible as the booking is automated and we have to take availability into account. But you can look forward to a guaranteed cool vehicle.
You can find all information about our prices directly in the camper vans when booking. Depending on the equipment, our camper vans cost between € 89,- and € 109,- per rental day in the low season (April to mid-June and mid-September to the end of October). In the high season, the daily hire price is between € 109,- and € 139,- depending on the model.
Your PIA Camper is available for adventures throughout Europe (in the geographical sense - for more information, see Art. 3 ABBKF). The best way to find out about exact regional or country-specific regulations is to visit the website of the respective country.
The PIA camper is well protected by fully comprehensive and third-party liability insurance throughout Europe.
The excess in the event of damage is € 800,-. If you opt for our carefree package when booking, you can reduce this by half.
Our PIA Camper are suitable for up to 3-5 people. Nothing stands in the way of a wonderful family holiday or trip with friends.

Rental & Cancellation Conditions
For all fines (e.g. speed cameras, parking offences, etc.) we have to charge you the amount of the fine as well as a processing fee of € 29,-. The processing fee covers our additional expenses incurred due to bureaucracy, time and material costs.
The longer you are travelling with the camper, the more you save. For bookings of 12 days or more, you receive a 5% discount, and for bookings of 28 days or more, you even get a 10% discount!
In the event of a breakdown or damage while travelling, please note the following points:
- Fill in the damage report
- Take photos
- Fill out the accident report together with the police on site (necessary for comprehensive insurance)

Please inform us immediately of any breakdowns.
Our service package is a great all-round bundle and covers a wide range of services.
This includes, among other things:
- Filling up with all fluids (e.g. Ad-Blue, windscreen cleaner, camping gas)
- Detailed familiarisation with the vehicle
- Austrian motorway vignette
- Basic camping equipment (extension cable, cleaning agent, etc.).
- Exterior cleaning
In addition, you can drive wherever you want, with no kilometre limit!
There is no fixed route or kilometre limit for your road trip.
The excess in the event of a claim is € 800,- for comprehensive damage. An excess of € 350,- applies in the event of damage under third party liability.
If you opt for our carefree package when booking, this is reduced by half!

You are also welcome to specify an additional driver when booking. A flat rate of € 50,- will be charged for this driver. Please send us the driving licence details of all drivers.
For our PIA campers you need a class B or 3 driving licence.
Anyone in possession of a class B or 3 driving licence can rent a PIA camper from us from the age of 18.
Please note that you must have held your driving licence for at least one year.
Your advantage with us - you can cancel free of charge up to 50 days before the first rental day!
After that the cancellation conditions are as follows:
up to 50 days free of charge
49 - 30 days 20% of the total amount
29 - 21 days 40% of the total amount
20 - 14 days 60% of the total amount
13 - 7 days 80% of the total amount
6 - 0 days 100% of the total amount

The total amount for your PIA Camper is due at the time of booking.
You can pay for your booking by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or eps bank transfer.

No, with PIA Camper you do not have to pay a deposit. Should any damage occur to the vehicle, this will be dealt with after your holiday.
You are looking for:
Pick-up & Drop-off
Please make sure that you can return your camper on time. If you are unable to return the camper on time for any reason, please either contact us at info(xmsAt)piacamper(xmsDot)at or contact the person in charge of the PIA location directly.
Yes, all registered drivers must be present at the pick-up location.
At the end of your road trip, the PIA Camper must be returned to the same location where it was picked up.
The camper must be returned on the last day of hire between 08:00 and 10:30. Please return the camper to the PIA site with the inside clean (wiped, vacuumed, swept) and with a full fuel tank. The fresh water and waste water tanks must also be emptied. When you arrive at the location, hand the vehicle over to the employee, who will check it for damage and completeness using the checklist.
After a short wait, everything is done for you!
- Driving licence (from all drivers)
- Identity card or passport (of all drivers)
- Booking confirmation (optional)
When you arrive at the PIA location, simply report to the information desk. They will pass you on to the responsible member of staff, who will hand over your PIA camper and introduce you to all the important aspects.
Pick-up time: By arrangement. Monday to Friday between 2 - 4 pm
Return: Monday to Friday between 8 am - 10.30 am

While you are travelling with your PIA camper, you are welcome to park your private car free of charge at our PIA site.

Bookable Extras
All extras and accessories should be added before you start your journey - ideally directly at the time of booking. If you have forgotten a special extra during the booking process, please contact us by email (info(xmsAt)piacamper(xmsDot)at) so that we can add it manually afterwards.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer an internet package for our campers.
You can add a bike rack to your booking at any time for a small surcharge. If you have your own compatible bike rack, you are of course welcome to use it.
Your four-legged friends are very welcome in our PIA campers. As we have to specially clean the vehicle afterwards, we charge a flat-rate pet fee of € 79,-.

Maintenance
All PIA campers have a digital vignette for Austria. Please enquire yourself about the regulations in the countries you are travelling to.
No. The gas used is covered by the service charge. If it runs out during your holiday and you present the bill when you return - we will refunded it.
You will receive a fully fuelled PIA Camper from us. This is how you should return your vehicle.
(All other fluids such as AdBlue are included in the service package and will be topped up by us).
We make sure that your PIA camper is perfectly clean when you collect it. We therefore ask you to return it in the same condition. You do not have to clean the outside as this is included in the service package. If you do not manage to clean the camper, we will charge a fee of € 190,-.
