The first insider tip is the Seeblick Toni campsite in Kramsach. Here you will find a parking space directly on the shore of the beautiful Reintaler See in Tyrol. From here you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. There are many hiking and cycling trails nearby and the pitch is also perfect for water sports activities such as swimming, canoeing or stand-up paddling.

2. Naturns (South Tyrol) - "A Campsite Within Vineyards and Orchards"

Another insider tip is the Naturns campsite in South Tyrol. The pitch is located in the middle of vineyards and orchards and offers an excellent starting point for hikes and long cycling tours in the area. The best thing about this campsite is definitely its location. Here you can enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet of nature.

3. Natterer See (Tyrol) - "A Camp Ground in the Middle of the Mountains"

Are you looking for a parking space in the middle of the mountains? Then you should definitely visit the Natterer See campsite in Tyrol. This is at an altitude of 830 meters and therefore offers a breathtaking Alpine panorama. There are many hiking trails nearby and Lake Natterer is also a great place for swimming, boating and fishing.

4. Vienna West - "A Spot Near Historic Cities"

If you would like to camp near historic cities, I recommend Camping Vienna West. This camp ground is just 20 minutes from Vienna city center and is a great starting point for exploring the city. The campsite is also ideal for families with children as it offers many leisure activities such as a swimming pool, a playground and a restaurant. Perfect for exploring the big city and camping away from the hustle and bustle at the same time.

5. Schluga (Carinthia) - "A Camp Ground at Pressegger See"

Our last campsite insider tip is the Schluga campsite in Hermagor, Carinthia. There you will find a beautiful campsite in the immediate vicinity of Lake Pressegger. The camp ground offers many recreational activities such as swimming, fishing, canoeing and stand-up paddling. There are also a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the area. The campsite, which is characterised by its family-friendliness, is very close to nature and rich in tradition.
